Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about Estate Planning? We will work with you to plan for the future health and financial well being of your most valuable assets - your family.
Can i leave my Estates to whoever I want to?
As long as the property is self-acquired, you can leave it to whomsoever you wish through a will. However, it will be better to mention in the will the reason you do not want to give it to one of your children as it will reduce the chances of the will being contested by him or her.
